Any infringement of the rules and regulations outlined in these terms and conditions will result in immediate action being taken by Eventify Malaysia against the offending party/parties.

All comments and feedback submitted to Eventify Malaysia shall remain the property of Eventify Malaysia. Product Information

We cannot guarantee that the color of physical products will precisely match what is displayed on the monitor, as this may vary depending on individual user monitor settings.
Please note that the images presented on our website may exhibit slight variations in color due to variances in brightness and photo editing.
It is not recommended to subject balloons to prolonged exposure to heat, as this may cause them to burst. We advise placing balloons indoors under controlled room temperatures not exceeding 26 degrees Celsius.
Our helium balloons typically remain floating for up to 8 hours from the time of preparation. To extend their floating time, it is recommended to use hi-float, which can triple the duration.
We offer same-day delivery for orders based on our availability. Please contact our Eventify main line directly to inquire about the feasibility of accommodating your request.
Eventify Malaysia reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time and for any reason. Additional verification or information may be requested prior to order acceptance
If an item is found to be mispriced or if there are inaccuracies in the information displayed on Eventify Malaysia, we reserve the right to contact you for further instructions or to cancel your order, notifying you accordingly. We retain the discretion to refuse or cancel any orders, regardless of confirmation or payment status.

Refund and Cancellation

All orders and payments made are non-refundable and non-returnable.
The management reserves the right to refund or cancel orders with prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
We adhere to a one-to-one replacement policy in the event of any issues with our products upon delivery or self-pickup
After delivery or acceptance of the product, full responsibility is transferred to the receiver.
A 5% bank processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount for any cash refunds to your bank."

Delivery

Any cancellations or modifications to an order must be communicated to our team at least 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
All our items are delivered by our designated third-party delivery partner, and the responsibility during the transition lies between the delivery partner and the customer.
It is essential to ensure that someone will be available to receive the order; otherwise, any waiting charges will be borne by the customer.
Please note that delivery times may vary within a one-hour window from the expected receiving time; for instance, if you choose to receive your order at 5 pm, you may receive it between 4 pm and 6 pm.
While we strive to deliver orders on time as requested, unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain or traffic jams may cause delays. In such cases, neither the delivery company nor our company will be held responsible or liable for any resulting losses or compensations due to delayed delivery
We shall not be held liable for any errors or delays resulting from customer-provided information, including incomplete or incorrect addresses, contact numbers, or any other inaccurate details. This also encompasses situations where no recipient is available to receive the product during the scheduled delivery time.
It is imperative that the recipient's mobile number is reachable on the delivery date. The driver may need to confirm the recipient's presence at the delivery address before proceeding with the delivery.
in cases where the delivery address is difficult to locate, the driver may need to contact either you or the recipient for guidance.
In the event that the recipient's contact number is unreachable or unanswered, neither we nor our delivery partner will be held responsible for any resulting delays similar to those outlined above.
All prices listed are exclusive of travel and delivery charges. Please refer to our delivery fees for more information.

Security Deposit

If the decoration package includes any of our props, such as dessert stands or cake stands, an additional security deposit may be required. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the selected decoration package, and we will inform you of the specific amount upon receiving your order confirmation.
The security deposit will be refunded in full provided that all props are returned in good condition and are not excessively soiled upon dismantling. All props provided during setup will be collected during dismantling, with the exception of balloons.
The security deposit will be refunded within three working days.
Our management team retains the authority to deduct or withhold the security deposit in case of any losses, damages, and/or staining of the products during dismantling.
Customers assume full responsibility for any damages or losses incurred to the props.

Indemnity

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Eventify Malaysia harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to their use of the Site.

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either the customer or https://www.eventify.my/. Customers have the option to terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.eventify.my/ reserves the right to terminate the agreement with customers without prior notice and to deny access to any customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above."
